Unable to load game as modded

need help

I recently installed a Silver recolour and was hit with the hud error upon loading into the game for the first time. It forced me out of deadlock and it verified my game cache. I disabled QoL HUD after reading that it was broken but this error continues to appear.

I have attempted to:
- Disable all mods
- Delete all mods
- Reset to Vanilla

Any help would be appreciated
