I have my app running on my phone and emulator with different networks perfectly, how ever on the tester's mobile is doesn't work, he was able to create his account with google sign in, but screens after that are being stuck on little logic like basic insert, and the app works just as expected on my mobile, they tested on 2 devices, and with / without VPN and mobile data too, always same issue

I tried tracing back logs, here are some:
