OpenClaw doesn't support Azure OpenAI natively.
The config structure doesn't have a way to add the required api-version query parameter.
The valid keys for custom providers are:
baseUrl (no query params)
api (values like "openai-completions", "anthropic-messages")
apiKey (or env var substitution)
models
There's no queryParams key.
