URGENT: Production Database connection timeout

Our production database is not responding causing our app to return 500s. We checked all of our services to make sure it wasn't our cloud or backend and for sure narrowed it down to supabase. Odd because the supabase status does not indicate an outage or anything. Our traffic is normal as well, there were no spikes or anything.
I opened a ticket: SU-325225
On the supabase dashboard, we cannot load our schema or tables. Please advise, as this is affecting over nearly 40K customers.
