Yeah — that’s an Anthropic-side rate limit/cooldown (429). Waiting for the window to reset is the main fix.
Practical checks if it doesn’t clear after ~10–30 min:
- Confirm your Anthropic account has credits / billing OK and the key is still valid.
- Make sure you’re not running multiple agents/heartbeats in parallel hammering the API (stop/reduce concurrency and try again).
- If you have another provider/model configured, switch temporarily.
