sub-agents not using tools properly
seems kinda strange if the message tool is built into openclaw, that the sub agent can really fail at it. running local smaller models to do a simple cron job send a telegram message. I can /model mistral-nemo-tools and talk via telegram, i can set the cron job to a larger model and it runs fine. but smaller models like mistral-nemo 12b have trouble following through with the tools. is there anyway to fix this? Included the openclaw.json and jobs.json from cron.
