Dynamically setting PlasmoCSConfig matches array

I have a

config

config

that I'm defining in a content script like the below example, but when testing locally I'm often changing things in the service being matched to as well.

Is there a way to define this dynamically with env variables so that when running

dev

dev

it can be set to

http://localhost:3000

http://localhost:3000

or wherever my local service is running?

  matches: ["https://my.service.com/*"],
  run_at: "document_end"

I tried defining this as an environment variable, but it doesn't seem to support dynamic expressions. For example if I defined

PLASMO_PUBLIC_SERVICE_URL=http://localhost:3000

PLASMO_PUBLIC_SERVICE_URL=http://localhost:3000

and used that in the

matches

matches

array, the output

manifest.json

manifest.json

looks like

{
  ...
  "matches": [],
  "run_at": "document_end"
},

{
  ...
  "matches": [],
  "run_at": "document_end"
},

I'd prefer to not hardcode the localhost route in to the match here. Is this possible?
