After about 6 solid months of using Claude Code with Sonnet or Opus almost exclusively, I've completely switched over the last week or so to Pi with a bunch of packages to duplicate the functionality I had in Claude. And what am I using as a model?

which is essential unlimited with a Gemini Pro account. It's fast as hell and so far I haven't had to drop back to Opus hardly at all. The million token context never seems to get beyond 10% full due to Pi's efficiency, and I'm able to do everything I could before (even using Chrome Dev-Tools MCP for browser testing). Subagents, Teams, everything works great. Can't see going back to Claude Code at this point -- it'd be like turning in my fast efficient motorcycle for huge RV. (I've also did a lot with GLM 4.7 and experimented with 5 since it came out, but frankly, once you get used to the speed of flash it's hard to go back.)
