Unclear DiskIO budget alert

I received an email that I’m about to deplete my DiskIO budget, and my dashboard says the same, but when I look at the details I’ve used less than 1% of my DiskIO. Can someone please help out here? I’m worried my database will become unresponsive, but it’s unclear what I need to change.
