OpenClaw onboarding skips API key request

I just reformatted my macbook pro. Then I did a clean reinstall but it did not ask me for my model API key. So I know if I hatch the agent now = it will be stuck.
I tried the openclaw onboard --reset command but it still keeps skipping the model api key requirement step.
