Headless Browser connection via real vnc viewer

I cant connect via the provided ip from my agent.
Connect to VNC:
Open your RealVNC Viewer on Windows 11.
Connect to 100.110.253.78:5901.
Enter the VNC password you set: nl!WAwL1h6
You should now see the Xfce desktop environment.
Ensure Firewall is Open: If you still can't connect, please double-check your Oracle Cloud firewall rules (Network Security Group/Security List and any OS-level firewall) to ensure TCP port 5901 is open for incoming traffic.
Configure Firefox for VPN Proxy (Once Connected):
Launch the Firefox browser from the Xfce desktop.
Go to Firefox Settings -> Settings.
Scroll down to Network Settings and click the Settings... button.
Select Manual proxy configuration.
For SOCKS Host, enter 127.0.0.1.
For Port, enter 1080.
Select SOCKS v5.
Ensure Proxy DNS when using SOCKS v5 is checked.
Click OK.
Verify VPN Connection:
Within Firefox (opened via VNC), visit whatismyip.com.
Confirm that the displayed IP address is a US IP address.

what are we missing with the agent? If the agent can fix the issue, you should prompt the agent to do so. If a terminal command is required, let me know. I also want to mention that we use a Tailscale connection to connect to the server directly. I'm not sure if this might affect the issue, but I also have a local connection with VS Code.
