Gateway resets killing the conversation
When I gave my bot the permission to reset the gateway, it would do so frequently, and every time the reset ended the conversation. The agent tried creating cron jobs to restart the conversation automatically, but none worked.
I set the resets to "false" and told the but that resets would need to be requested, but it seems like it still frequently either tries to reset and stalls when nothing happens, or just stops at the point a reset is desired but never tells me.
What are people doing to mitigate this behavior?
