Windows 10 install using npm

Hi, this is my first time installing openclaw...
I am getting this
disconnected (1008): unauthorized: device token mismatch (rotate/reissue device token)

Solution

In WSL, you can remove OpenClaw in two layers:

1) Remove the gateway service + local state (recommended)

Inside WSL Ubuntu run:

openclaw uninstall --all --yes

openclaw uninstall --all --yes

(Use

--dry-run

--dry-run

first if you want to see what it would delete.)

This removes the gateway/background-service wiring and the WSL

~/.openclaw

~/.openclaw

state.

2) Remove the CLI package itself (npm global)
