Storage Template Hours seems to be wrong?

Hi everyone! I'm trying out Immich for the first time today, and it seems to be going pretty well so far! It's quite nice :) Well done
I just have one small question about the storage template setup.
My goal is to not use the real filenames from the devices themselves, because they are often prefixed with
So I set up the following storage template:
But somehow, the resulting file name does not match up with the input time
Is there a reason for this, and potentially a way to fix it?
