Disabling "OTelLib" Dimension in Effect OpenTelemetry Metrics
Hi guys,
I am using effect opentelemetry lib to upload metrics to our metrics provider.
One thing I noticed that "OTelLib" dimension and value gets added to all the metrics.
Business informed me that, this is not desirable.
I was wondering whether there is a way to turn this off?
