WhatsApp media upload failure
Issue: Every attempt to upload media to WhatsApp fails with error code 1008 (device-token mismatch), so no media can be sent from the gateway.
Timeline & diagnostics:
- [09:50] First attempt to send the downloaded X video (tweet 2023239274410484091) failed with the same 1008 error.
