CRITICAL BUG: Agent crashes with "seq gap" error (macOS 2026.2.15)
Environment: macOS, OpenClaw 2026.2.15, npm install
Root cause found:
WebSocket messages show:

The agent expects sequence number 1 but receives 7. This happens on EVERY run, even after:
Full reset + reinstall
Deleting ~/.openclaw/agents/main/sessions
Fresh browser (incognito mode)
Gateway restart
The sequence counter is never reset and breaks every agent run.
Logs: embedded run agent end: isError=true with no actual error logged until you enable WebSocket message inspection in browser DevTools.
