Upgraded to docker image v1.12.1 but panel still says it is out of date (1.11.10)

SolvedHi, I'm new to blueprint but not pterodactyl.
I followed the instructions to upgrade to the latest version of blueprint in docker, I'm running the v1.12.1 image.
after loading it up I ran
but when I go to the admin section of my panel, it still says I'm out of date
I then tried to run
it removed all my extensions (which I think is normal) but still shows version 1.11.10
I must be doing something wrong, but I am not sure what step I might have missed.
I'm not sure what else information I should put in this post, but please let me know how to fix it or what more information might be needed.

Your panel is not up-to-date! The latest version is 1.12.1 and you are currently running version 1.11.10.I then tried to run
docker compose exec panel blueprint -upgradeit removed all my extensions (which I think is normal) but still shows version 1.11.10
