agent call in workflow step retuned as user message.

Hello,
I have an agent calling a workflow, this workflow calls 3 sub agents.
while streaming every is fine i get the workflow as a tool. however when the message are fetched (api/memory/threads/xxx/messages) the steps inside the workflow are returned as if i sent the query directly to the sub agent; i lose the workflow as tool part.
this was not happening with V1.0
Would greatly appreciate your help, this obviously makes the thread very confusing to read.
