Unable to sign in to account

Can someone help me find out why I am unable to sign into my account? I was managing my database when I was told to refresh for some session timeout (or something like that), when I refreshed I was hit with the "Your session has timed out" error you can see in the picture attached, also when trying to sign in separately I get hit with a similar error as the one in the top right corner of the "Your session has timed out" image. When I try to reset my password via Forgot My Password, I get another issue shown in the second image I have attached. If someone could help me figure this out it would be greatly appreciated.
