I attempted to add a team member to our supabase organization and got this error message:
Failed to update member role: You attempted to send email to an inactive recipient (<redacted>@ourcompany.com). If you believe this is an error or you're confident the email is valid, contact us at support@supabase.com for assistance.
I contacted support yesterday with ticket SU-329786; no response yet.
I think this happened because I incorrectly added the user before their email account was activated. But ideally Supabase should allow a way for admins to un-suppress email addresses.
Supabase gives you the tools, documentation, and community that makes managing databases, authentication, and backend infrastructure a lot less overwhelming.
