Proactive behavior lost
I previously had an OpenClaw install locally and thought it was awesome like it was proactively making suggestions and generating code locally. But now, I decided to move it to a VPS instead, so I did a new fresh install. All of a sudden, it behaves like all the other AIs, waits passively for my input and says it can't run code. Instead, it just gives me code files. I'm confused. Is there some configuration that is needed to get the proactive behavior? I'm using openrouter/auto just like before.
