failed to discover vLLM models: ollama mac
For the last hour, I've been troubleshooting this error:
I've pulled down the latest Ollama and pointed to model llama3:latest, but selecting vLLM just isn't able to fetch the model. I keep getting stuck here. The original connect with OpenAI's model worked fine, but the cost will definitely ramp up quick so I need to use a local model for free.
Since ClawBot was recently acquired by OpenAI, are they now forcing users to pay for OpenAI's APIs instead of supporting local models? This is as of February 18, 2026.
