Unable to see system messages requiring approval in Discord DMs

My agent is asking for approval for exec commands and claims to be sending them as DIscord DMs but they are not visible.
Solution
Exec approvals don’t automatically “show up as Discord DMs” unless you’ve enabled the Discord-specific approvals UI (or configured approval forwarding). If it is enabled and you still don’t see DMs, it’s usually Discord blocking the bot from DM’ing you.

1) Confirm you’re using the Discord DM approvals feature
In your config, this is the Discord-specific setting (button UI in DMs):-

2) If it’s enabled, check Discord is not blocking the DM
