Cannot connect to Immich via HOST_IP:PORT after deploying on Komodo via Docker compose - TrueNAS

I'm running Komodo from the TrueNAS app catalog, and from there I want to run my services. I'm familiar with programming but new to docker, so this is a learning process for me as well. I successfully deployed and connected to linkding via host_ip:port in a web browser as a Komodo stack, but I'm facing an issue with setting up Immich.
I followed the instructions in docs to install via docker compose and filled in the env variables, and I've confirmed that the directories I pointed to have had stuff put in them since deploying Immich. It's running as I type this, but when I attempt to open it from Firefox it instantly says Unable to Connect.
