Trello board question
MESSAGE 1/2 Context:
We have a working Idea Pipeline (Trello board + webhook server + agent workflow) that's been successfully delivering Agent Forge iterations. Now I want to create a "Design Pipeline" — a separate Trello board dedicated to UI/UX design tasks that can be called upon by any project needing frontend work.
The Goal:
Design Pipeline Board: Standalone board for design requests (mockups, component design, UX reviews, etc.)
Universal Service: Any other pipeline (Idea Pipeline, Marketing Pipeline, etc.) can create cards in Design Pipeline
Cross-Pipeline Flow: Idea Pipeline card → "Needs Design" → Design Pipeline card → Design work → Back to Idea Pipeline
Questions:
1. Trello Webhook Architecture
Do I need to create separate webhooks for each board, or can one webhook subscribe to multiple boards?
Can I use the same ngrok callback URL for both boards, or do I need separate endpoints?
If same URL: How does the webhook server differentiate which board triggered the event? (Board ID in payload?)
2. Webhook Server Configuration
Current server listens at /webhook/trello — should I:
A) Create separate endpoints (/webhook/trello/ideas, /webhook/trello/design)?
B) Use one endpoint and route by board ID in the payload?
C) Run separate webhook servers on different ports?
What's the cleanest pattern for handling multiple board webhooks in one server?
