Hyptertext / search / library clanker stuff
Vector storage and search should definitely be part of it, but the hunch/itch is that waves hands something hypertext is not only a better choice for the human/agent interface than a ton of flat md files in some dirs, even with great retrieval, but also for the clankers themselves.
