Sandbox → Gateway "device token mismatch" after Docker container restart

Running OpenClaw in Docker. After a container restart, all tool calls from the sandbox to the gateway fail with:
- Web UI works fine, chat works, cron appears to execute server-side

- Gateway restart (SIGUSR1) doesn't help
- Can't run
Question: How do I fix the sandbox
gateway auth inside Docker? Or is the recommended path to go bare metal?
Setup: OpenClaw 2026.2.17, Docker, Linux arm64
