Persistent device token mismatch on Windows
Persistent device token mismatch on Windows after full identity wipe + re-onboard. Gateway works fine (Telegram connected, agent responding), but CLI probe always fails. Tried: deleting identity/ + devices/, openclaw onboard, doctor --fix, multiple full restarts. v2026.2.14 on Win10.
