Rate limited
Hey need you to think this out with me. I keep getting rate limited. i used anthropic on open claw for a bit over an hour. I have ax plan 150 a month. rate limited twice and weekly rate limit is at 25% after an hour of use. which is so odd. lso when i get rate limited on anthropic, it seems to rate limit me also on chatgpt. makes no sense, look what i mean:

There is no toggle button for TTC

• TTC Transit toggle in the controls panel (dark blue, off by default) — click it to show the blue station circles
• Traffic Heat layer now shows colored dots spread along each block face instead of single blobs
A few things to calibrate: when you look at it, tell me:
1. Can you see the TTC button and does it toggle on/off?
2. Does the traffic heat look like it's spreading along streets or still weird?
Also — do you want the traffic decay turned on by default or still off-by-default toggle?

What it does:
Pulls all active road disruptions from the City of Toronto's ArcGIS REST API (gis.toronto.ca/arcgis/rest/services/cot_geospatial2/FeatureServer/5) — this is the live feed behind the city's Road Restrictions Map
Stores them in a new cre_disruptions table in data.db
