Has anyone moved from self hosted back to cloud hosted?

Hi all.
I have tried the self hosted version of Netbird and decided its not for me and want to move back to the cloud hosted version. So far this hasn't worked at all, i've only tried with one machine so far.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled it on Debian twice and if I do netbird up etc. it just hangs.
After a little google I am not sure how to get the netbird client to essentially reset. Any help is appreciated.
