Config model updates not reflecting in Discord chat sessions.

Whenever I add new models and update agent model defaults, the changes are not reflecting in Discord chat. I have used doctor fix and restarted the gateway multiple times. Still the Discord chat uses the old model. Is there anyway to fix this without deleting session files.

That can happen, but it’s usually not “there is no way to reset” — it’s more like the reset confirmation turn (or your message routing) never completes, so it looks stuck.
A couple of practical escape hatches:
