Agent not responding to Telegram messages โ polling issue?
I'm just set up my first agent (meal planner) and I'm having trouble getting it to respond to Telegram messages.
The bot is starting fine ([telegram] [default] starting provider), and I've confirmed messages are reaching the bot via getUpdates curl test. But nothing appears in the logs when I message the bot, and the agent never responds.
My setup:
OpenClaw on DigitalOcean
Bot token in channels.telegram.botToken in openclaw.json
dmPolicy: "open", allowFrom: ["*"]
Custom agent with its own workspace bound to telegram accountId=default
Is there something obvious I'm missing to get the polling loop to actually process incoming messages?
