Good guide/advice for Agent definition in OpenClaw?
OpenClaw is really powerful in that you can specify agents. There are some options to split workspaces with each agent having its own, which then gives it its own SOUL.md, USER.md etc. The nice thing about that is that they don't share a configuration and you can truly give them their own personalities.
The one downside of that is that it has separate memory from each other which can actually hurt things. I've seen a lot of guides and YouTube videos that advocate for sharing the same workspace and then doing the agent definition in the IDENTITY.md file.
The problem with that is that that's not the way OpenClaw means to have agents and mixing all the files together starts getting problems with an inability to set up cron jobs for each of them and you have to jump through a lot of hoops.
But I'm wondering if there's a way to have separate workspaces but share the same memory? I feel like all the guides that I read are out of date and using some generic AI slop written things. I'm wondering if anyone has any credible guides that talk about agent configuration?
