Issue: Infinite Anthropic Cooldown Loop (v2026.2.17)
Environment: Linux, OpenClaw 2026.2.17
Error: Provider anthropic is in cooldown (all profiles unavailable) (rate_limit)
Context: I previously hit a legitimate rate limit on Claude Max subscription. I have since created another Claude subscription and updated my auth-profiles.json. Despite:
1. Manually clearing usageStats, errorCount, and failureCounts in auth-profiles.json.
2. Deleting state.json and the cache/ directory.
3. Restarting the gateway multiple times.
The gateway still immediately flags Anthropic as rate_limit before even attempting a request. It seems like the "Circuit Breaker" is stuck or the heartbeat is resetting the cooldown timer.
Question: Is there a way to force-reset the unusableProfiles state via CLI in this version, or is there a hidden persistent DB I need to wipe?
Any ideas or the solution is greatly appreciated.
