How to submit a paid plugin using Lemon squeezy?

I'm trying to submit a plugin but filament has as a partner Anystack and Lemon squeezy. I can't use Anystack because I'm in Africa and stripe is not working here. So the second way is Lemon squeezy but in the documentation I can't find the way to do it.
