How to give my agent write permissions on my file system? (deperate and about to give up)

Really, i start to become desperate now. How the H*LL do i give my agent permissions to generate code and write it to my file system? It keeps telling me that it knows how to write scripts, but has no ability to write to my filesystem and i need to copy and paste the scripts myself and create crons for them. And i thought this was all done by the agent for me. What is happening? Why is this not working for me? Exec is enabled (i hope).
