is there a way to do streaming ssr with pendingComponent + loader?
what i notice with our start application is that in ssr that has pages with pendingComponent + loader functions is that with client side navigations it is really nice, the loader component shows if it is slow enough and the page assets load immediatly. with the ssr, it seems to always wait for loaders to complete before beginning the SSR. is the design that we should always be returning promises instead of awaiting them to get streaming pages.
i find this a bit annoying since we really want to stream every page, since that means getting the browser script tags to load as soon as possible, and in general appears faster to the average user. (one of the only "downgrades" from nextjs -> tanstack, though i'm not really a fan of how next exposed streaming suspense; loader functions are better than
