heartbeat to telegram group
I've set up a heartbeat and I want the completion message to be sent to a telegram group. Setting the group id in the to: field doesn't work. I then set "target": "last" and made sure that the last chats occurred in the group chat, but it still sent the reply to the single chat with me.
