Supabase connection issues from Europe - "Connection terminated unexpectedly" since last night

What I've checked:
- Database is healthy: only 8-11 connections out of 90 max, no locks, no slow queries

- DNS resolution is correct
- No code changes or deployments - was working fine yesterday evening
- Tried restarting everything, flushing PM2, clearing idle connections
Symptoms:
- Intermittent: sometimes login works, then gets disconnected randomly
- API routes return 500 with "Connection terminated unexpectedly"
- Auth callbacks (NextAuth + Google OAuth) fail mid-flow
- Happens on both pooler (6543) and direct (5432) connections
