Openclaw.json the Gateway and my sanity
As a newbie and non-coder ive finaly starting to make progress with this app, but id like to put out a general appeal to others who have figured out how to deal with openclaw.json.
This file at least for me is the main source of my headaches with open claw. It is responsible for almost all downtime and breakage.
If anything is slightly off with it then the whole thing is inaccessible. And open claw is so new that all the models you use to run it are unfamiliar with how to write to this file so more often then not when they write to the file it breaks something.
Sorry if the frustration is coming through, but im curious how others are dealing with this so they can actually use the software instead of fight to get it unbroken when it comes to openclaw.json.

My latest idea is to create a Config Manager agent that can only use the strict tools to write to it. Havent implemented it yet. Im afraid ill break the gateway setting it up.
