[Solid Router] What's the deal with revalidate force flag?

Possible Bug

Even if I set

, data is immediately refetched and UI is updated according to fetched data. Desired effect is that old

cached data is used in current route/component and fresh one is fetched (or USED, new data can be prefetched) only when route/component is re-visited.

Why? I want more control over adding and removing items from lists, re-fetching and re-rendering whole list on every little action is quite annoying UX.

Minimal reproduction, can see in console that network request is made and UI is updated even with
