URGENT: Production project stuck in PAUSING for 5+ hours (romjdysjrgyzhlnrduro)

Hi everyone,
Our production project
What happened:
- Free plan storage exceeded (9.3 GB / 1 GB)
- We tried to pause the project to restore it
- Project got stuck in PAUSING and never reached INACTIVE
- We upgraded to Pro plan hoping it would help - still stuck
- The Management API confirms status "PAUSING" but restore_project returns "This project is no longer in a paused state, it is PAUSING"
What we've tried:

- Supabase CLI - same result
- Waiting 5+ hours - no change
Impact:
- Production system completely down, all users blocked (can't even log in)
- Support ticket SU-333628 filed (got auto-reply saying 1-2 business days)
- GitHub issue: https://github.com/supabase/supabase/issues/43215
We see this is a known recurring issue (#42764, #43038, #35136). Has anyone found a faster way to get this resolved? Or can someone from the Supabase team help force a restart?
