BAD Telegram Setup?
I don't think I have telegram setup properly. OC (OpenClaw) responds when I message it directly, but it does not respond in other channels or group topics even though it is an admin and is mentioned directly with the @ symbol. I would also like it to react to my message with the eyes emoji but that is not working either.
