I just realized thsat my new agents in the afgents council are not retaining any real memory of the jobs assigned to them I ahve downloaded two new skills proactive agent and self improving agent and am writing a new agents file for them to follow. Can you review this file and give me optionson how I could improve it by adding specific best practices instructions, more compact so that it can be the most efficient set of instructions for the tokens it consumes, and any other feedback including different skills or different approaches I shoudl consider to improve agents memory from session to session, and they abiity toi be proactive and solve problems.
