openai/gpt-5.3-codex (API) automatically remaps to openai/gpt-5.3-codex (OAuth/subscription)

5.3 came out on API a couple of days ago. Unfortunately I seem unable to use it because the code for it gets automatically remapped to the subscription version. This feels like a hangover from when it was only available on subscription. My OC tells me the remap remains on 2026.2.26 though?
Solution
Found a simple-ish fix.
There are (at least in my install) three model-selection-<hash>.js files, e.g.
\wsl.localhost\Ubuntu\home\matth.nvm\versions\node\v22.22.0\lib\node_modules\openclaw\dist\model-selection-BnthIvhe.js
Ctrl+F "5.3" in these. There are two instances, one of them in a comment. Change the other one from "gpt-5.3-codex" to "gpt-5.3-codex-spark" in all three files.
This means it only routes spark to OAuth by default, enabling 5.3-codex on the API. :))
