How to do you force OpenClaw to use skills? It doesn't read the skills it has, even when you put it on Agents.md to read it, it just assume it can do the task and doesn't read the skill. Even when it reads it, it doesn't follow that the skill says. Opus 4.6 or GPT 5.2
