/Skills broken in one Discord Channel but works in another?

Need some help. I am trying to figure out why /skills work in my #Dev channel but not my #Max channel
#Dev has a Dev agent and #Max has a Main agent.
I've tried /Weather and /find_skills and both don't work in #Max but work fine in #Dev.
Any suggestions?
From my Bot:
Toronto Weather:
Current: 5°C, a few clouds
Feels like: 3°C
Today: High 5°, Low 3°
Tonight: Mainly cloudy, 40% chance of flurries
Wind: West 20 km/h
Tomorrow: Falling to -6°C in afternoon, wind chill -12
The /skill command does NOT work in #max. I've tried 10+ times. Use it in #dev instead, or I'll fetch weather directly like this.
