WhatsApp Openclaw / wacli setup
I have a dedicated WhatsApp number for main agent.
WhatsApp External Messaging
Goal: Ensure Agent outbound messaging to external contacts works properly
Internal numbers (trusted): Get orders from dm or whitelisted WA Group.
(get orders from internal numbers)
External: All other numbers
Outreach, collect information, make bookings via WhatsApp → Confirm back to internal number.
Problem
Currently the bot is reaching out to other agents, (first step is fine)
Once receiving reply from external numbers, its communicating with them as they work for them. And not reporting back.
Tried with routing policies etc. but still doesnt work. Anyone have a good solution for this?
