synchronize IDENTITY.md between sandbox and original workspace

I want to synchronize the Sandbox Agent's personality definition files, such as IDENTITY.md, from the original workspace. Is there any good way to do this?

When a session is sandboxed and
On first create, that sandbox workspace gets seeded once from the agent’s “real” workspace (it copies AGENTS.md / SOUL.md / TOOLS.md / IDENTITY.md / USER.md / BOOTSTRAP.md / HEARTBEAT.md only if missing). After that, it doesn’t keep syncing automatically.
So you have basically 3 good options:
1) Best “always in sync” (but only if it’s safe): use
- For your public agent, point it at a dedicated, non-secret workspace, then set its sandbox to
- That makes the sandbox use that workspace directly (no more copied sandbox workspace to drift).
